If the world revolved around a person, what would it be like?

The person, able to charm everyone with magic unique to herself, can therefore control everyone, making them willingly do their bidding. They would live and die for her, and all the while experiencing perfect bliss. That is what her powers can bring to herself, and to the world.

With her, the world can truly be rid of all evil, jealousy, sadness, and all negative forces. That would be nice would'nt it?

The downside is, one important element of everyone's lives is taken away: Choice. It occurs countless times in our lives, and everytime we work ourselves up trying to make a decision. We sometimes break down over our helplessness, and end up making days of our lives miserable. Of course there are the decisive ones, but everyone has to go through the cycle.

These cycles are part of our lives. We learn something from every part of our lives, even misery and pain. We can only find real joy if there is a real cause, and that cause is the completion of each cycle of our lives. We yell in euphoria when we finish our exams. We celebrate when we win a competition. We even derive joy from solving problems that give us headaches in the first place.
Everything is relative in our unpredictable lives. But isn't that what makes our lives more exciting?

The magic takes it all away. With a nucleus in the world, we lose our own aspirations and dreams, and instead turn towards a common ideal, that is to follow the 'requests' of the king. And the magic makes up for all the emotion lost with such strong, unwavering faith that sadly isn't real.

Unity and peace is important. Identity is what we live for.
